Uber Scuba featured on BBC Breakfast and BBC News, unveiling a new low impact mooring systems into Studland Bay. Studland Bay is a Marine Conservation Zone (MCZ) and is home to vast Seagrass Meadows . Seagrass captures Carbon 35 times faster than a rain forest and is home to many species including our native Seahorses. This invention allows vessels to moor safely without deploying anchors. This not only protects the Seagrass ,but also the Seahorses that live in this habitat .

Seen here is celebrity diver Bill Bailey. Uber Scuba provided the dive support for the filming of BBC's The One Show (July 2021) . The program featured Bill diving manmade reef units placed within Poole Bay. Bournemouth University's marine Biologist Dr Alice Hall and Uber Scuba have worked together on many projects over several years.. Uber Scuba clients include Southampton University and BU Marine Archaeology.
