Uber Scuba values your privacy and personal data. If we feel the need to take photos for social media during your adventure, we will ask the persons in question for their permission to be photographed. In the event someone would rather not be photographed, then we ask them to make their request clear to either Sharon or Trevor . At no point will we ever share your contact details or anything about you with a third party. For safety reasons ,we do ask you for your qualification and contact telephone number of a relative or close family member.
This information is retained aboard for the duration of your dive experience. Upon returning to port , the dive logs for the day taken to a private and secure safe . These dive logs will only be produced if requested by the following authorities.

Diving medics for the individuals best interest
Dive logs will be stored in a secure and private place for a duration of two years. Following this period, dive logs will be destroyed in a controlled and safe manner.
